This the LeadSine indicator described in Chapter 11.  It is plotted as the sine of the phase angle of the Dominant Cycle plus 45°.  It may be used on conjunction with the Cyber11_Sine indicator to create a Trading Strategy.

PriceIn = defaults to Close but change to the Price indicator to match the book

alpha = defaults to 0.07 as described in the book
