Where can you enhance your NeuroShell Trader skills and enjoy the ocean in Florida at the same time?  Set aside April 1 - April 3, 2008, to attend the NeuroShell Trader Advanced Seminar at the Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront hotel.  We've arranged for rooms overlooking the ocean for only $159/night (plus tax).  Formal training sessions run from 9 am to 3:30 pm with a break for lunch on us.  Optional workshops continue from 3:30 to 5:00 pm to allow ideas and strategies to be freely exchanged and discussed.

Who Should Attend:
The seminar is offered to anyone who wants to learn sophisticated techniques for trading systems.  It is not a mechanics course with step by step procedures but rather a problem solving course that will use the NeuroShell Trader software to illustrate principles.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing.  Cancellations received on or before February 29, 2008, are subject to a $300 cancellation fee.  Cancellations made after February 29, 2008, as well as no shows, are responsible for the full registration fee.  Substitutions may be made at any time by providing Ward Systems Group with written notice of the names of both the original and substitute registrant. 

Computers:
Those wishing to use a computer are welcome to bring a lap top computer.  WiFi internet connections are available for free in the hotel.  A connection is NOT REQUIRED for the seminar because all example charts will include data.  Seminar attendees will receive workbooks that include copies of all of the charts and PowerPoint slides used during the seminar so computers are OPTIONAL. 

Accommodations:
A block of rooms has been reserved for seminar attendees at the Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront Hotel in Melbourne, Florida, at a cost of $159/night (plus approximately 11% state and local taxes).  The rate includes single or double occupancy.  The oceanfront rooms come with private balconies. A limited number of hotel rooms are reserved at the $159 rate on a first come, first served basis.  Call as soon as possible to reserve.   After the block rooms are gone, the hotel will accept reservations on a space available basis at the current room rates.  The usual corporate rate for these rooms is approximately $250/night.  

The Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront features an Oceanfront restaurant & lounge, deck, pool, whirlpool spa, lobby, fitness room and new Business Center. Complimentary high-speed internet is available via DSL in all guestrooms, as well as wireless in all public areas of the hotel. Enjoy one of Central Florida's Best Beaches. 

The Melbourne Beach Hilton Oceanfront is located just 50 miles east of Orlando and 13 miles south of Cocoa Beach. Nearest Airports:
The Melbourne, FL, airport is approximately 5 miles from the hotel.  An airport shuttle to the hotel costs approximately $15.  Cabs are in the $15-$18 range. 

The Orlando, FL, airport is approximately 60 miles from the hotel.  An airport shuttle is in the $45 to $55 range.

In response to requests from NeuroShell Trader users who live on the west coast, the NeuroShell Trader Advanced Seminar will be offered in Tucson, Arizona, from October 9 - 11, 2007.  The informal seminar will be led by Steve Ward, CEO and Chief Technical Officer of Ward Systems Group, and Marge Sherald, COO of Ward Systems Group Inc. and author of many articles on artificial intelligence and trading.

The seminar is planned to be interactive with questions and answers, consistent with being able to cover all of the material.  Each day will also include time set aside for discussions of user defined topics.

A block of rooms has been reserved for seminar attendees at the Marriott Tucson University Park in Tucson, Arizona, at a cost of $149/night (plus 12.05% state and local taxes and $1 occupancy surcharge).  The rate includes single or double occupancy.  There is an additional charge of $15 per day for an additional person.  On site parking is an additional $10 per day.  The downtown locations offers 32 restaurants, 4 museums, countless arrays of shops and boutiques within steps of the front door.

A limited number of hotel rooms are reserved at the $149 rate on a first come, first served basis.  Call as soon as possible but absolutely no later than October 1, 2007.  After October 1, 2007, or after the block rooms are gone, the hotel will accept reservations on a space available basis at the current room rates.

How to Get There
By plane:
Tucson International Airport (520-573-8100 / www.tucsonairport.org) located approximately 10 miles from the center of town.  Taxi rates are approximately $20 each way to the hotel.

By train:
Amtrak (800-872-7245 / www.amtrak.com) located at 400 N Toole Avenue, provides service to Tucson via the Sunset Limited Route that goes from Los Angeles to Orlando.

I went to a Ward Systems seminar about 10 years ago. I've been to many conferences/courses/seminars during my professional life spanning many topics: medicine, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, software engineering, financial engineering. I can easily say that the Ward Systems seminar was the best one I've EVER gone to. (I think there might still be an unsolicited letter I sent kicking around the website.)

The seminar was thoughtfully designed, expertly presented by Steve and Marge, informative, educational and fun. I learned more than I ever thought possible. I STRONGLY and ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend this. At the seminar I attended, I thought that each day I got more than the value of the entire course tuition.
